Many music magazines use a variety of fonts depending on what kind of genre it is, for most of them the similarities come from the boldness, colour and the lettering of their mastheads.This is a mood-board I've created of different fashion magazine mastheads to look at the different fonts used so I have an idea of what type of font to use for my magazine masthead. Many of the magazine mast-heads are Serif which connotes tradition,history and age. I have chosen a range of magazine mastheads which will help me realise my preference of typography and style.
